Why? I've been trying to be creative for quite some time. Initial plan was to paint it, lucky i did not pick up my paint brush. The wall decals are much easier.
The transformation process:
1. Buying the wall decals
Me and Yuetz spent bout an hour at the stall selecting the design which i ended up with the Dandelion coz my initial plan was to paint a design like this

I love the blue Dandelion and decided to paint a wall that matches the Dandelion
2. Prototype
Selecting the color was a headache, i tried pink, purple and yellow. All look nice but finalize with pink as i wanted the blue to stand out.

3. Painting
It wasnt easy as i need to cover up my checkered blue and grey color. It takes 3 or even more layer to get it covered. I dont think i did a good job for the painting but lesson learned.
4. Decals up
I cut out the pieces and tape it to the wall, i adjusted the design like gazillion times. Snap some photos and asked few friends for advice even took my colleague to my house to get their opinion.
5. Final result
Finally done
I do miss my first attempt of checkered design.
