Spinal disc herniation….meaning: My lower lumber L5 disc slipped and now hitting on my nerve root (sciatica). I can’t sit in a position for too long or cant sit for too long, it would cause me pain if I do so. Been placed for physio treatment now and hopefully I am able to heal soon.
I think I can get permission to work from home with this. Work from my bed is so nice…hehe.
From my MRI scan
Education for this is needed, with my experience and research done this seems to be pretty common among office workers. I do remember I suffering from back pain few years back. I went to doctors before and they told me is just muscle pain. I don’t think there is anyway to detect this and if not taken care of earlier one may suffer badly – bedridden.
If you suffer from back pain, pay attention to it. Don’t sit for too long, stretch your back front and back. This is to minimize impact on your muscle.
I’ve read a lot of info and most of it scared me, so recommended reading would be per below.
